I created a form that requests some info, has a quick shirt order area, and finally you can add tickets and pay via Stripe integration. Testing the first few went great, so we went live. the first 21 entries had no issues. Now, 8 out of the last 9, there is no entry created, the user does not get the confirmation and it takes them back to the first section. Their credit card does go through, but they are not sent a receipt. The first one that messed up happened less than an hour after the prior good entry.
Just in case anybody runs across this at a later date, the issue was with the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. We did some testing and were able to isolate the issue. I may still try to find some options with support on both sides so it doesn’t have to stay disabled.
