Stripe payment was complete but no form entry was collected

I can’t say for sure, but I’m having this issue too and I’m on siteground. For a while I thought it was WP Rocket causing the issue, but it kept happening even after I disabled it.

Issues with entries

I created a form that requests some info, has a quick shirt order area, and finally you can add tickets and pay via Stripe integration. Testing the first few went great, so we went live. the first 21 entries had no issues. Now, 8 out of the last 9, there is no entry created, the user does not get the confirmation and it takes them back to the first section. Cant say for sure, but I think I see a trend.
They’re saying it’s Siteground Optimizer, so I guess it’s their cache. Which I guess would explain why it only happens randomly.

I turned off their caching and I’m monitoring.
