When Payments Fail is there a way to view notifications

I have failed payment notifications set up for my subscription forms. Is there a way to view the notifications which are sent? (like a log / a history?)

There is no centralized log. I recommend taking a look at this discussion for alternative ways of checking on those email deliveries:

Personally, I’d setup and configure WordPress to use a dedicated SMTP provider like Mailgun, SendJet, or SendinBlue which will keep a log of all email activity passing through its service. It’s a great way to get emails landing in inboxes and keeping track of problems that might occur with mail delivery.
