I have a theme called Avantage purchased from themeforest, and I installed Gravity Form in it, but unfortunately after all tries, The embedded form is not displaying, does anyone has any assistance for this kind of issue?

The first thing I would try is changing to the wordpress default theme and check if it works there. If it does than you should contact the theme builder.
