System Status Not Copying for Support

I am needing support for a dropdown that is only showing 1 of the 2 options…both in preview and on the frontend.

However, we are currently stuck in 2.3.6 as when we try to update we get a fatal error. We are holding off on any more updates until our busy season is over…which will be in the summer.

When I try to submit a support ticket, it requires the system status but it won’t let me copy the system status. Is that because the plugin is out of date? I’m going in circles here and can’t find a way to get help.
