Reachout to Priotry support twice and they haven't gotten back to me


I’ve been trying to get in touch with Gravity Forms support (I have an Elite license); however, no one has gotten back to me in almost two weeks. I have tried resubmitting and have heard nothing.

Seeing as I am paying for support, I’d at least want an acknowledgment that someone is reviewing my issue.
