I have this form: CMC Triennial Recertfication
On July 1, 2026, we had a submission for $150 that did not record in Gravity Forms. However, the payment did post in Stripe.
I have seen other posts like this, but there’s been no resolution recorded.

Hi Rich. For any payment issue, I recommend opening a support ticket:

Thank you.
I experienced the same problem on July 16, 2026. Stribe Subscription Created but no Gravity Forms Entry, I’m using the “Payment Element” with a STRIPE embedded field. My STRIPE addon is v6.03. I’m going to watch this carefully and will create a ticket once I have something in the debug log
This happened again. I submitted a Gravity Forms Ticket now that I have more information. This is a summary:
In each failure case, the Stripe payment succeeded (confirmed in the Stripe dashboard), but the corresponding Gravity Forms entry was never created — not even in Trash. In each case, our server access logs show the browser being redirected back to the original form page with a resume_token, feed_id, form_id, payment_intent, payment_intent_client_secret, and redirect_status=succeeded in the query string — consistent with a 3D Secure (SCA) step-up authentication redirect that Gravity Forms’ Stripe Add-on uses to resume and finalize a delayed-payment submission.
I’m also having this issue.
It’s worrying that users have been reporting the same issue for YEARS and no one seems to have presented a solution.
