Stripe payment but no form entry recorded

I have this form: CMC Triennial Recertfication

On July 1, 2026, we had a submission for $150 that did not record in Gravity Forms. However, the payment did post in Stripe.

I have seen other posts like this, but there’s been no resolution recorded.
