I’ve built a long, responsive contact/sign-up form that routes users through different paths based on their needs, with each path corresponding to a specific product or service we offer.
At the end of each path, users are presented with a checkbox field where they can select from a set of newsletters or mailing lists. The available options vary depending on the path they followed.
I’m trying to determine the most efficient way to integrate this with Mailchimp. Specifically:

Do I need to create separate Mailchimp feeds for each mailing list option within each field?

Given that the form includes 24 questions where users can opt into at least 3 different newsletters, is there a more streamlined way to manage these subscriptions?

Are there any plugins or tools you’d recommend to simplify this setup?
