reCaptcha v3 not working after installing the Gravity Forms addon

I installed the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA add-on (1.4.1) on 2 sites I manage. One of the sites has v3 available under the reCAPTCHA options under the Gravity Forms settings, as well as the option to disable for each form.

The other site appears to be unchanged from before the add-on was installed. I have event removed the add-on and re-installed.

The add-on was installed on both sites from the same download file on the same computer. Both sites are running Gravity Forms 2.8.7. Both sites are running WordPress 6.5.2.

I have attached screenshots of the reCaptcha settings page for both sites as well as the Gravity Forms Environment and Add-Ons section from the System Status page of both sites.

Site A - reCaptcha v3 is working

Site B - reCaptcha v3 is not working

Is there a role/capability management plugin installed? If so, the reCAPTCHA add-on settings will only appear if its capabilities are enabled via that plugin, even if you are an admin.

Yes, we are using the Cosmic Giant Advanced Permissions plug-in. I will look into this tomorrow. Thanks for the reply!
