A customer just added Stripe as a payment system. I installed the Gravity Forms Stripe addon so they could use a GF form to record buyers information and accept payments for a promotion they are running. Everything is working smoothly when the customer enters their information and make payment from a computer. All the form data is saved and available, and the notifications are sent as configured.
When people enter the form data and pay via their mobile phones, their data isn’t saved in Gravity Forms, even though they get a Confirmation message. These same customers ordering via mobile phone don’t get a receipt from Stripe, even though their payment is successful, their card is charged, and all the form data entered in GF is passed to Stripe and saved in Stripe. Is there an issue with Gravity Forms on mobile phones?
Is the form page being cached, either by the server and/or a plugin? If it is, try excluding the page from caching and testing again from your mobile. Be sure to clear the browser cache, too.
Have you tried opening a ticket with support so we can see what is going on? If you do, please enable logging and include your system status report.
