How to resubmit PayPal standard transactions

There was a typo in the settings>paypal>email field on a form that was just a duplicate of a prior form. So the IPN is correct and I have 10 pending transactions because they are trying to process to a non-existent PayPal account.

Is there a way to resubmit the transactions with the corrected PayPal email? Or do I have to contact everyone individually to fix this?

You will need to contact everyone. There is no way to reprocess those transaction without having all ten of their PayPal account logins. None of that information passes through Gravity Forms or is stored by Gravity Forms.
