Form send submission to certain user groups

Hi, I am trying to make a form that will be filled out by someone and based on their selections it would be sent to certain user role (example: subscriber, admin…) I know a similar way is by adding emails to the notifications but I want to charge for the user to be in certain user role so if they don’t pay they aren’t in that user role and wont receive the notifications. Is this possible?

I actually just found this thread.

Multiple recipients based on user role

Setting up the notification via a Gravity Flow Step will provide you with an option to send it based on the role, in which case every user with that role will get a separate copy of the notification. Along with the condition - to determine if the step should execute based on value(s) in the entry - that probably provides you a very simple setup pattern.
