File Upload field uploading 4 copies of file

Hi everyone,

I am working on a one-page Executive Search website that contains a contact form with a multi-file upload field for resume and cover letter.

Initially, I had the form embedded twice as a CTA at the top and bottom and I was having issues. After speaking with GF Support, they suggest having the same form embedded twice was the cause, so I removed one. While I am having fewer issues, I still have an issue where in Edge, the Select files button doesn’t work and if you drag and drop, the file uploads 4 times. In Chrome, the Select files button works, but opens 4 times (and does the drag and drop issues at Edge). Firefox is the only browser that works fine.

I would recommend opening a new ticket to continue with support. Thanks for the suggestion. I will try to the debug plugin.

I do have a support ticket open still. My last message to Richard was at 10:15am on Friday, and I’m still waiting.

Hi Chris,

Using the Disable Conflict Tester plugin, I can replicate the issue with just Popup Maker and Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version) enabled, so it has to be one of those; however, I need both to make the form display without disrupting the site.

Have you seen conflicts between these two plugins, before?

Yes, we’ve seen an issue with Beaver Builder before. What version of Gravity Forms is installed?

The latest one.

What I actually just did was removed Popup Maker and just used Beaver Builder w/ GF. While I like the look of the Popup Maker lightbox a little more, I’ve now reduced the amount of issues. Right now, it’s just the Select File box that doesn’t work with Edge, but the drag and drop seem to be working fine now.
