Hi all, One of my clients is reporting and issue where they are not able to download or click to view any attachments on entries (They are a job site and get resumes attached to entires).
I tried to duplicate the issue with a variety of browsers but everything works fine for me.
Any ideas as to why they are having the issue?

Long story short: After chatting with the client I found out Gravity Forms was working fine. What was happening was that they were trying to open the file attachment from the link in the form notification email - which was first sending a notice to sendgrid.com and then loading a link of the file attachment. It was sendgrid.com that was causing the problem.
