Can't access uploaded files from Email

My client told me that since a couple of weeks, they cannot access older files uploaded on their form from their email platform.

I have inspected and it seems that since December 21st, the links to the files have switched from

{website-url}/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1-e7b962ff3072300ce80b2c907f47a8cc/2021/12/IMG_3303.jpg

to

{website-url}/index.php?gf-download=2021%2F12%2F267184866_406064707935260_2040790537751060754_n.jpg&form-id=1&field-id=6&hash=7fcda92f6fc33ca0d338757dc2f3495b78aa3bc0cbf33e0b036abcdf29dc72f1

All of the pictures that the address starts with “wp-content” are not working anymore (even when connected with an admin account). Do you have an idea why?
