Cannot access file uploaded by users older than ~10 days

Hello,

We have an issue with our files upload folder /wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/
It seems all files uploaded using the form older than ~10 days will be deleted from the server.
The last file we can access is from 03/18/2023 and we have entries dating back to 04/19/2022.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, I already checked the folders and they are empty.

I’m also aware of the fact that if we delete a form field the data associated with it will be deleted but we didn’t do that. The files are just missing from the folders. I also got in touch with WP-Engine (hosting) and checked for errors but couldn’t find any. They suggested to get in touch with you and see if there’s a bug in your plugin.
