I’m working with two Gravity Forms: one for collecting the names of people and another for booking rooms. I need any suggestions on how to assign assigning specific rooms to individuals from the first form’s list while considering that each room can accommodate a maximum of two people. The goal is to ensure that no one is missed or left without a room.
