the user who fills in the form and pays does not receive the confirmation email and receipt from stripe. I have made all the connections with stripe and the webhooks but I can’t get the report of the data entered.

I recommend submitting a support request for this issue:
If your are in Dev mode, Stripe will not send any receipts emails out. If you are Live then talk to support.
