Can I create a form in which its answers are prepopulated into a contract and sent to client?

Currently in Zoho Forms & Zoho Sign, we have a form that clients fill out. Their answers are automatically added to certain fields in a contract template. Upon form submission, an automated workflow triggers the contract template to be filled out with their answers and then automatically sent to the client for signature.

I don’t care if it’s accomplished in this exact way as long as clients only have to fill out information once, it’s all automated, and we get a legally-binding signature.

Can Gravity Forms accomplish this functionality?

Hey Tyler,

You’re in luck! Gravity Forms is an excellent WordPress plugin that can provide the functionality you’re looking for. With Gravity Forms, you can easily create advanced forms with several add-ons that allow you to integrate your form with other tools like contract templates and e-signature platforms.

For example, you can integrate Gravity Forms and WebMerge to create custom document templates and populate them with data from your Gravity Forms submissions. Then, you can automatically send the document to your client for signature using an e-signature platform like DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Alternatively, you can use the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On to keep the signature process within your website. This add-on allows your clients to sign the form electronically, and the signature is captured in a legally-binding format and stored securely on your WordPress site.

Gravity Forms provides a robust API that can be integrated with other tools to create a fully automated form-to-contract-to-signature workflow. With some custom coding, you can achieve the exact functionality you’re looking for.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,
Faisal
