Looking for a form fields mapped to existing PDF solution

We have been using ApproveMe’s WP e-Signature to collect information form a few forms and a signature, then generate a PDF. However, we have a few forms that we need the fields to be mapped to an existing PDF instead of generating a new one. Is there a solution for this?
