Hi

I would like to create a form that I can fill and sign. Upon submission, it goes to my client who can read my form with signature on a web form or pdf then sign it (with/ without signing on my website).
When he signs he can download a copy and I get an email pdf copy on my website or stored on my website database.

I can tell you from experience that type of configuration is currently not available. You can accomplish everything you’re wanting except getting a copy of the fully executed signed document back into your website.

My above response assumes you need the signatures to be legally binding. Is that the case?
