The plugin interface has required fields (mapped fields) from zoho crm that are multi select fields. This info can not be passed from GF to zoho so it results in an error (Zoho CRM Request: The value of Product_Type cannot be sent to Zoho CRM. Reason: The data format is invalid.) in the notes on every submission. The data is still sent to zoho and creates a lead just fine but the notes are tainted with an error that isn’t. So when real errors need to be processed they are lost in the numerous ‘fake’ errors on each entry. let me know what else I can share to help get this updated. My suggestion is to not make any of the mapped fields required, or add mapped fields to the items not required.
