A customer has taken their site away and copied all the data so they are using out Gravity forms license without our permission.
How can cancel the licence for their website?

Hi John. You can revoke a site from using your license key on your Licenses page here:
Click on “sites” and then check the box for the site using your license. Then at the bottom, there is a “Revoke Selected Sites” button. That will make it so that site gets a notice that it needs to purchase a license for Gravity Forms.
It’s also possible to issue you a new license key, if you find more sites in the site list using the key that should not be. If you would like a new license key, please contact support:
