Yesterday we accidently purchased a second Elite subscription not realizing (until about 2 hours later) that someone else (no longer with the company) had purchased and maintained an existing license. We need to delete and be refunded for the 2nd license. I have not been able to find another way to reach out except via this community. - Thanks!
