Wrong Gravity Forms license purchased

A team member mistakenly purchased a second Gravity Forms Pro license, when I wanted to upgrade our current Pro license to Elite.

How can I fix the problem?


If you have purchased the Pro license within the past 30 days, you can request a refund for that here: https://www.gravityforms.com/request-refund/

Then, you can upgrade the Pro to Elite from your account Licenses page here by clicking the ‘upgrade’ link for the Pro license you owned previously: Login | Gravity Forms

You will see the price to upgrade the license on screen before you complete the transaction.
