Upgrade to elite didn't work but payment taken!

Hi Gravity Forms,

So I paid for an Elite license using my account dashbaord and an error appeared during checkout. Payment via PayPal was taken but my Basic license hasn’t upgraded to Elite. I have emailed support, gone on your Twitter and messaged you on Facebook - now posting here.

Can someone upgrade me please and sort this pissing mess out. It seems the only way to get a response is to leave a bad review on Facebook, which I’d like to avoid.
