I submitted a support ticket earlier, but I don’t think I got a confirmation email. How do I know if they got it? There’s no record of previous tickets (that I can see) when I’m logged in here?
Hello. There is currently no place you can find existing support requests. If you submit a ticket, you should receive an autoresponse. If you did not receive that autoresponder, we probably did not receive your ticket.
I saw that you submitted a question, and then another email with the details. We have both of those requests and you will receive a reply to your second request (ticket 367730.) Thank you.
