I raised a ticket in “open a support ticket”.
But I need to know where to look my issue in “open a support ticket” to see if I get any response from the support team. I can’t seem to find it.
Please help me.

In looking at your account, we replied on June 2nd and it appears you viewed that response. We do not have an interface to show support tickets to you in an interface, so if you feel you have not received a response or cannot find it, you’re better off opening another ticket or replying to the automatic response sent from our Support Ticket System.
