I sent a message through the support system last week and received no acknowledgement of the request as I normally would with a ticket number. It was sent 5 days ago. No response from a technician either. I sent a follow-up this morning and again no acknowledgement.
I found your form submissions. It looks like you happened to submit the form when the Help Scout API was temporarily down. I’ve reprocessed them so you should now have received automatic replies from Help Scout containing ticket numbers. The support team will reply to the tickets as soon as they can.
