We’ve recently submitted a few tickets and haven’t heard since, didn’t even receive a confirmation email nor can I find a place I can see my tickets.
I’ve seen a couple topics where some API system behind your ticket service was unreachable, so I’d be grateful if you could confirm you have received it as it’s quite urgent for the client.
I’ve submitted one on Aug 19th and then another 5 or 6 since. They all passed, at least there was no notification they didn’t. (edit: also no notification they did pass on email)
Should I try once again?
