HI, I have 4 websites that send leads to the double glazing CRM via the gravity webhooks add. In webhooks the fields are request URL, request method and request format. Before yesterday, the fields also showed for Customer ID and Password followed by all the form fields which were mapped to the CRM fields.
Yesterday something happened to wipe out all of the fields except URL, method and format. We were notified that there had been a problem with the email sending and had to update the outgoing port and check the SSL/TLS. They say this is not related to my problem.
Finally, I get to my question. Is there possibly anything in Gravity forms that could have caused this? My logic says that the request URL is not requesting. (is that a thing?) I have deactivated the webhooks addon and reactivated but no change.
