Need someone to create filter with gform_webhooks_request_data to create array of fields

I have already created the basic gravity forms webhooks fields, in order, including an API URL, and the key, to execute the JSON http post that I need for a small package of less than 20 fields.

My testing for the connection to the 3rd party was successful, but some of the fields were not successfully imported because they must be grouped into two arrays. Since the fields are in the correct order, top to bottom, all that’s missing is a few {'s }'s ['s and ]'s as required by the 3rd party in the correct locations in the package.

I do not want to get involved with any other 3rd party webhooks apps to format this file which require monthly subscriptions, I’ve been assured that this can easily be accomplished by writing a filter and put it in the functions file on my site.

Need an experienced gravity forms webhooks developer to write one filter.
