After updating Gravity forms to the latest version, we can not now choose a password field for the user registration feed (Creation and update )
Hi Sofiane. This issue is fixed in the latest interim Gravity Forms build. Please download Gravity Forms v2.5.7.5 from your downloads page:

You can use these steps to manually update Gravity Forms:
Once you update, you should be able to choose the password field in the feeds. If not, please open a support ticket:
