My field label uses subscript but any HTML tags I include are rendered as text. Is there a way I can get the actual field label to treat HTML tags as tags, and not as text?

HTML cannot be used in the field label at this time. You can use HTML in the field description, and in the choices for a radio or checkbox field. If you think this would make a good addition to Gravity Forms, I recommend adding a note to our product roadmap. Click the blue plus in the lower left on this page to add a note for our product team:
