Good Day,

Just now, we discovered the following Developer Consoler Error and Message related to Gravity Forms:

Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>

and

No label associated with a form field

Any idea what’s triggering this? Solution(s)?

We are using Gravity Forms Version 2.7.8.

Update:

We found the root cause of this issue.

Specifically, the issue is being caused by Gravity Forms’ Advanced Field, CAPTCHA.

To prevent confusion, we are opening a new topic to address our findings and to request a solution.
