Submitted Image via Gravity Form isn't accessible. Hashed URL failing

The file is up on the server if I FTP in, but in the entry and the hashed URL the image doesn’t load. The file permissions seem ok on the upload directory for Gravity forms.

I get a ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR on the console.

Let me know where I should begin troubleshooting. Thanks.

Hi Abbey. I’ve never seen the error “ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR” before with Gravity Forms. For troubleshooting gf-download links, I recommend starting here:
