Is there a simple way to add content and have it submit to the admin side and even display on Gravity PDF.

If i want to make a contract or business letter with fields, i want to add paragraph text on the form that will submit with the form and not end up blank.

Something like the HTML box, but when you submit, whatever is in the HTML box does not submit with the form. Does this exist as i can’t find a simple solution for this.(not a consent or terms of services acknowledgement).
