Sports registration form

Hello, I am new to Gravity forms and would like to know if what I am trying to achieve is possible with Gravity forms.

I am creating a Tournament Registration fom.
I have 3-tiered divisions
Each Divisons has 2 events.

The form would look something like this:

Acceptance field
Choose A tier (check boxes Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)
If Tier 1 is selected show
Tier 1 Events with Check boxes
Singles
Doubles

This would be repeated for the other two divisions (tiers)
I would need the singles and double area to be a required field for at least one of them to be selected. Singles and doubles would have dollar values added to them which would total in a total field.

If there is away to add $values to check boxe fields I know exactly how to do this.

Thanks for any advice anyone may have.

This sounds like a good fit for conditional logic where you show the appropriate field with the applicable options based on each previous selection.

Alternately, depending on the number of permutations, you might find using Populate Anything to dynamically populate the choices based on previous selections to be a more streamlined experience.

We have an article on how that might work here:

Yes, I will be using conditional logic. I was just having an issue allowing for two selections and calculating the dollar values while also making sure that one selection is required.
I will take a look at this post. Do you know if you can add $ values that will calculate in checkboxes?
Thanks for the article.

The single product works with add-on of options as well but I would need to find a way to get rid of the price on the initial product and only have the add-ons with prices.

I’d love to see where you’re at and what you’re looking to do from there.
