We having this issue, after every new submition we getting the error message sign again, then by clicking submit button one more time it’s going through, can you please fix this issue.

Hi Alan, caching and script optimization plugins and services have been known to cause issues like this.
Please try excluding pages that include forms from those features.
After doing so, please empty your browser’s cache too. Then, reload the page and test your form again.

I’ve tried to exclude the page fro caching but still didn’t work, tested the page within a new Incognito tab.
Still looking for a solution.

This issue still exist, any support from the Gravity Forms team?
We getting an error once we have the signature addon field on, the error message:
There was a problem with your submission. Please review the fields below.
Then when we click on submit once again goes through as supposed to.

Hi Chris, I’ve just opened a ticket with the issue, wasn’t able to reply back or add some more details to the same ticket, just wanted to add I’ve disabled all plugins and the issue is the same nothing changed still getting the same error, and installed the form with the signature addon to a complate different website and we still getting the same error. if you can please see the opened ticket and fix it. much appreciated.
