We having this issue, after every new submition we getting the error message sign again, then by clicking submit button one more time it’s going through, can you please fix this issue.

Hi Alan, caching and script optimization plugins and services have been known to cause issues like this.
Please try excluding pages that include forms from those features.
After doing so, please empty your browser’s cache too. Then, reload the page and test your form again.

Hi Chris, I’ve just opened a ticket with the issue, wasn’t able to reply back or add some more details to the same ticket, just wanted to add I’ve disabled all plugins and the issue is the same nothing changed still getting the same error, and installed the form with the signature addon to a complate different website and we still getting the same error. if you can please see the opened ticket and fix it. much appreciated.
