Select relationship value in form

Hi there,

I’m currently trying to figure out a way use my Gravity Form to select a relationship value with a radio button list.

Right now when I have the radio button list and I choose the custom field (relationship), that I want it to link to, nothing happens. Just wondering what I’m missing and/or if this is even possible?
