I have a form I created a few years ago. It has several radio button choices, and two are greyed out and can’t be selected. I need to update those fields, but don’t see where to do so. I checked my custom CSS, and also all the fields and settings I can see in GF. I know this is a simple setting somewhere but I’m not able to find it.
Disabling choices in a radio buttons field is not a feature of Gravity Forms. So you must have some custom code added to your theme’s functions.php file or a third-party plugin in your site adding that feature.
