I have a website where the user is logged in, they have specific user capabilities and one of the things they can do is fill out a form to request service. When they fill out the form it has a calculated total that they pay at the end. I need to be able to have it so they can save payment information to their account and then pull it in at the end of the form to pay. Is this possible? If so, how?
Doing that is not a feature of Gravity Forms. I’m not aware of any third-party ready to use workaround either.
You can suggest to our product team any improvement or feature you wish in our roadmap page: https://www.gravityforms.com/gravity-forms-roadmap/?c=submit-idea
That way your request will reach the product team directly and they will be able to consider your request and queue it in the workflow of a future version if it’s accepted.
@sacom the Stripe Link feature could be a good fit for this use-case, right?
I don’t know if they are going to use stripe. Ideally, I think they want to go a different route so they can do Sur-Charging.
