I have multiple forms on my website, and on some forms, the “reply to” feature is not working as expected. When replying to a received email, the “reply to” field should contain the email entered in the form and not the sender’s email. This function works properly on some forms but not on others, all within the same website.
Is there a solution to this issue?
Hi Marko. I recommend opening a support ticket and including the export of just the forms that do not work as expected.
Please also enable Gravity Forms logging on the site before you open the ticket: https://docs.gravityforms.com/logging-and-debugging/
