I have the recaptcha add-on installed on a new website. I’m not seeing the little recaptcha badge and the entries field says “disconnected”. Just wondering how to troubleshoot this. Recaptcha v2 was installed before.
Just an update: the recaptcha script is not being loaded, so guessing the site theme (developed by someone) else is the culprit.
You can check for theme and plugin conflicts on the site without affecting any site visitors, using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin from WordPress.
