Our form (located at https://ridgecrestconferencecenter.com/, and then clicking the Submit RFP link in the top right) will not submit entries. When I try, I get an error message that reads:
“There was a problem with your submission. Please review the fields below.”
But all of the fields are filled out.
This did not start happening until yesterday when I added Recaptcha 3 to the site. I did try and disable Recaptcha in the actual form, but the problem still persists,
I went into the settings for the form, and I checked “disable Recaptcha for this form.”
Now it submits.
But I need to have Recaptcha enabled to prevent spam.
If the theme or another plugin is including a conflicting script, that could prevent the recaptcha scripts from running. When that happens, the recaptcha response won’t be included in the submission, which triggers the validation error.
Have you tried running through a full conflict test:
