reCAPTCHA not working 2 [RESOLVED]

I’ve input the V2 keys, and enabled the options for it to work. But for some reason in the form settings option, it only allows me to check a box “Disable recaptcha v3 for this form”. I have tried to get the V3, but I also get an error on the Google site, so it won’t let me proceed. Is V2 not available for my site?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I do not have the key as the person who made my website does, so I cannot open up a support ticket. Is there not a way to get help without a key? If not I’ll have to delete Gravity Forms and use another service as it isn’t working properly.

Hi Daryl. Gravity Forms support is reserved for license holders. Without the license key or the support login, you would not be able to get support from Gravity Forms.

It sounds like you wanted to use Google reCAPTCHA v2. In that case, I recommend removing the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA Add-On if it is installed and then ensuring you have the correct v2 keys on the Forms → Settings → reCAPTCHA page.

Once the keys are validated and have green check marks, add a reCAPTCHA field to your form.

So I’ve deleted the reCAPTHCA add-on. My V2 keys have green check marks, now how do I add a reCAPTCHA field to my form? I no longer see the reCAPTCHA option under the settings for my particular form.

The reCAPTCHA field is in the Advanced Fields section of the form builder, in the right sidebar. Drag that field to your form like any other field. There are no Form Settings for reCAPTCHA v2.
