Plug-in Will Not Install

I’ve tried several times to install the plug-in after purchasing earlier today. It will not install. I tried to open a support ticket but cannot because of the system report requirement. I have no system reports because it will not install.

I get the following page error after a while…

ERR_HTTP2_PING_FAILED

Everything on my site appears to be working.

I got a message saying Installation Failed but it looks like it actually DID install.

Is everything working for you now? It sounds like the script timed out but that Gravity Forms actually did install.

Hi Chris–

Yep, I think everything’s working with the install. Now, I’m trying to figure out how to get it on my website using Elementor! I can’t find the Gravity Forms button on the Elementor page to add my form.

There may not be an add form button with Elementor. Can you use the Form block?

I don’t use Elementor, so I am unsure of the options you have available.
