'Forms' disappeared from side and 'Gravity Forms' also disappeared from plugins on Wordpress

Hi guys, hoping for some help…

I had gravity forms installed on my website and was using a form on the page www.themmaexperience.co.uk/sign-up everything was working fine but it has now been brought to my attention that the form doesn’t currently appear.

I logged in to my Wordpress to see if I could see the issue but ‘Forms’ on the side bar doesn’t show and also Gravity Forms isn’t showing in my list of installed plug ins.

There have been no new plug ins added to my website.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. You are right, I can’t open the support ticket due to not being able to get the system report. I will try the contact us.
