Client contacted me today to say that their registration form was completely gone from website. Logged in and saw that WP needed to be updated to 5.9.3. Backed up the site, updated WP and the plugin is no longer showing under ‘plugins’ and no ‘gravity form’ link on the left menu. Tried to reinstall the plugin and got the error that the folder already existed. Reinstalled the plugins from the backup (confirmed that the plugin was there), and nothing. Reverted to wp 5.9.2 and still not showing. Please help 
You can remove the gravityforms folder from within wp-content/plugins. That will remove the files only (not any forms or entries) then reinstall the latest Gravity Forms release from here:
https://www.gravityforms.com/my-account/downloads/
