We have an issue where occasionally someone gets the perpetually spinning wheel upon attempted submission… We still receive their information, but the lead thinks that their info hasn’t been received, because they don’t see the confirmation page.
This is only an issue occasionally, but we get really bad feedback in public comments when it does.
Probably a very “newb” question, but… this only happens sometimes, so is trial and error to recreate the issue going to be the only way to figure out what the problem is?
I’ve managed to recreate the issue once on mobile, but couldn’t do the typical right click, inspect, console to check for javascript errors since I was on my phone.
As newb as it might be to ask, is there a way to find out what’s causing this issue without recreating it on our own? I’ve run through 20 iterations on desktop without getting the error, and only got the issue after a dozen submissions on mobile.
Is there any way to look back at a “history” to see past javascript errors experienced by users?
